Roxana García Serrani
I have over 20 years of experience in Argentina, Italy, and Spain; as a direct employee or external Technology Consultant in large multinational companies such as Accenture, IBM, Procter & Gamble, Cognizant, among others.
Thanks to these companies, I have learned from each of their cultures, and through my exposure to the daily stress of life and work, I have been able to observe and understand firsthand the problems caused by poor emotional management in employees and the lack of self-awareness and constant support for leaders.
During my most difficult personal and professional times, I turned to activities in Human Development, Neurology, Psychology, and Mindfulness, which saved me not only in terms of mental and physical health but also gave me the strength to believe in myself and in life.
Mindfulness, or mindful awareness, is a contemplative practice that helps us train our minds and pay attention to our bodies. It’s a journey to the center of ourselves, to get to know ourselves and learn about our interactions with others.
Personally, I’ve seen many benefits from my practice, including:
- Greater attention and concentration,
- Greater calmness,
- Much more moderate emotional changes,
- Less focus on daily discomforts,
- A greater capacity to be happy and see the good in all situations, and
- A desire to live my life with kindness and compassion.

Training: I spent over two years training in Transformation and Integral Development with Alex Rovira at the Humanist School. I completed a Master’s degree in Mayeutik Coaching at Kuestiona. I also participated in Personal Growth Mentoring and Workshops focused on overcoming limiting beliefs with Daniel Lumera. I am a certified Mindfulness Instructor with Mindfulness Argentina and completed a specialization as an Expert in Mindfulness for Organizations with Andrés Martín Asuero at EsMindfulness, Barcelona. My primary profession is Certified Public Accountant, with postgraduate studies in Strategic Management and Integrated Logistics at the National University of the South (UNS), Argentina. I was awarded two scholarships: the first to the Confertigianato Marche, Italy, and the National Technological University of Argentina, where I became a Certified Information Technology Expert in E-commerce; and the second to the University of Trento, where I obtained a specialization in Information Technology and Knowledge Management. This training gave me the opportunity to work for more than 20 years as a Technology Consultant in large multinational companies. |
